1st Midwifery Research Conference in Osnabrück, Germany
“Developments in Midwifery”

The provision of high quality midwifery care is influenced by a variety of factors. Among others, political, legal, financial, social and cultural factors lead to a multifaceted and complex organization of care for women and their young fmilies. The conference provided a forum to present research findings and their implications, as well as to discuss ways of linking research results to midwifery practice.
